How do I place an order?
Ordering from Meowchies is simple and secure:
- Browse our website and add your favorite treats to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery address.
- Choose your preferred shipping method.
- Select a payment method and confirm your order.
That’s it! You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
What are the shipping details?
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location.
- Free Shipping: Orders over ₱1,000 qualify for free shipping nationwide.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within the next day.
- Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Tracking: You will receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you to discuss the options:
- Replace the item with another product.
- Put your order on backorder (if the product is restocking soon).
- Offer a refund or exchange.

What is your return policy?
We want you and your pets to love Meowchies! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work:
- Contact us at meowchiescattreats@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.
- Products must be in original, unused condition, with unopened packaging for a refund or exchange.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, opened or partially consumed treats cannot be returned.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items, we aim to process refunds or exchanges within 2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s completed.
Shipping Fees for Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged during delivery.
