How do I place an order?

Ordering from Meowchies is simple and secure:

  1. Browse our website and add your favorite treats to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery address.
  3. Choose your preferred shipping method.
  4. Select a payment method and confirm your order.

That’s it! You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

What are the shipping details?

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over ₱1,000 qualify for free shipping nationwide.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within the next day.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Tracking: You will receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.

If you don’t receive your tracking information or have delivery concerns, feel free to email us at meowchiescattreats@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you to discuss the options:

  • Replace the item with another product.
  • Put your order on backorder (if the product is restocking soon).
  • Offer a refund or exchange.

How can I pay?

What is your return policy?

We want you and your pets to love Meowchies! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work:

  • Contact us at meowchiescattreats@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.
  • Products must be in original, unused condition, with unopened packaging for a refund or exchange.
  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, opened or partially consumed treats cannot be returned.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items, we aim to process refunds or exchanges within 2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s completed.

Shipping Fees for Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged during delivery.
